How to add MiReception to a user

I would like to add MiReception to a user in an Enterprise so that they can monitor all users in that site. Is this still a manual task, or can I do this myself

This is mainly a manual process. Firstly, you need a Class Of Service (COS) which includes MiReception. Once you have arranged this, you need to subscribe that individual to that COS - this will add the MiReception and Phone Status monitoring features to the user. From the Business Portal - the user can click on Phone Status Monitoring and choose which users they want to monitor.
