Problem
MiPA is locked out

Solution
The person typing the password into the toolbar for the first time must have entered it incorrectly as after 5 incorrect logon attempts it locks the user out. As the toolbar auto-logs in by default, it would not take very long for this to happen.

In order to avoid this in future, take note that BOTH the username and password are case sensitive in the Options menu on the toolbar. If you do get locked out, you will need to ask for the password to be unlocked via the HIPCOM Helpdesk.
