PROBLEM:
Most failures with phones retreiving configs from HIPCOM are due to firewall restriction on site at the customer.
SOLUTION:
To test if you have TFTP or FTP access to HIPCOM from a site do the following:
TFTP
From your command prompt on your PC:
TFTP -i 85.119.62.10 GET test.txt
FTP
From a command prompt on your PC:
ftp 85.119.62.10
login with your reseller username and password
get test.txt
